 HOW DOES CHECK-IN WORK?

Our mandatory digital check-in form will be emailed to guests some days before their arrival. For early check-in and late check-out requests please send us a note beforehand.

WHAT ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check in from 3PM and check out before 10AM. Whenever we have the possibility we are are happy to offer earlier room access or extension for late check out, with priority on guests who made their booking directly through our website.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN EACH ROOM ACCOMMODATE?

The four Double rooms are suitable to accomodate maximum 3 adults and the Suite can sleep a maximum number of 4 adults. Baby cots are available free of charge.

WHAT’S THE EASIEST WAY TO GET TO THE PROPERTY FROM THE AIRPORT?

We are about 40 minutes drive from Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports.

are you pet-friendly?

Yes we are! Pets are welcome to the property, free of charge.

ARE THERE DINING FACILITIES AT THE PROPERTY?

We don’t have a restaurant but we have a cozy dining area with a completely refurbished kitchen that guests can use during their stay.

IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?

Breakfast is not included in the reservation price.

ARE THE PROPERTY AND ROOMS ACCESSIBILITY FRIENDLY?

Not completely as some parts of our historical building are not wheelchair accessible. There are 10 steps to climb before you can access the guesthouse.

DO YOU HAVE COTS AVAILABLE FOR USE?

Cots are available free of charge for children aged 0-3 years.

CAN I PARK AROUND THE PLACE?

Due to the strict regulations of the ’Centro Storico’ we don’t have access to parking places around the property and the area is mostly inaccessible to private cars (Monday to Friday 06:30 - 18:00 and Saturday 14:00-18:00). The closest parking facility outside the limited area is Parking Giulia, about 10 minutes walk from our address.
