From 3pm. We can arrange early check-ins on request (subject to availability). Bookings made through our website will be prioritized for early check-in and late check-out. Please remember to leave us a note with your reservation about your expected arrival time - this way we can do our best to prioritize the rooms’ preparations and offer a seamless welcoming to all guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who booked on this website through a ‘Flexible rate’ will have the freedom to cancel by 2pm Rome time, 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty, for groups with at least two rooms reserved this extends to 7 days. Please be aware that cancellations made after this deadline will incur a charge in full. The ‘Advance payment’ offer requires immediate payment and is non refundable in case of cancellation or no show.
BOOKING GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT
At the time of booking, Casa Pietra will take a valid credit card to secure the reservation and will check its validity through pre-authorisation.
CREDIT CARD ON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, our staff will request a valid credit card - this is to secure any incidentals during the guest’s stay.
SMOKING POLICY
Please be advised that the property is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence of smoking in the rooms (EUR300 max).
ROOM DAMAGE, THEFT AND CLEANING POLICY
Guests that depart leaving their room in an unpardonable state that requires excessive cleaning and extra time will incur additional cleaning charges. This will be processed against their nominated card used to guarantee incidentals from arrival. Furthermore, any damages made by guests will be on-charged. The damage recovery fee will include labour and materials. Any items taken from the room on departure will also be on-charged at the cost of replacement.
EVICTION POLICY
We may evict a guest without warning or refund of their stay due to demonstration of, but not limited to the following: Intoxication, antisocial behaviour, physical or verbal abuse to staff and other guests, willful damage to the room and its contents , excessive noise, ignoring the advice or requests of our staff or smoking in the house.
